Shopping & Returns Policy — Anagen Beauty
1. Order Processing
1.1. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
1.2. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email containing tracking information will be sent when your order ships.
1.3. Anagen Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
2. Shipping
2.1. Shipping rates and delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary based on destination and selected shipping method.
2.2. We offer standard and express shipping options.
2.3. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and apply only to qualifying orders.
2.4. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
3.1. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
3.2. If you need assistance, contact us immediately at Hello@anagenbeauty.com.au We will do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed.
4. Returns
4.1. We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 7days of delivery.
4.2. Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
4.3. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return.
4.4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
5.1. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
5.2. We may request photos or additional information to verify the issue.
5.3. Once approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
6. Refunds
6.1. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the return is received and inspected.
6.2. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6.3. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an Anagen Beauty error.
7. Non-Returnable Items
7.1. Opened or used products.
7.2. Items marked as final sale.
7.3. Gift cards or promotional items.
8. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email us at hello@anagenbeauty.com.au with the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if damaged/incorrect item)
We will provide instructions and return authorization if applicable
